I had a great experience with First Atlantic after a burst fire sprinkler caused unexpected damage. Their team responded quickly, arrived promptly, and immediately got to work assessing the situation. The rebuild team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Brian and Danni kept me informed throughout the entire process and Davin and Elliot provided exceptional workmanship. Everything was handled efficiently and with care, which made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. First Atlantic Restoration is a great company. We had a water leak that resulted in water damage. From Mediation to Structural repair. Danni was great keeping me informed with all the paperwork and scheduling. Bryan was great with the planning, managing of the mediating and repair process and staying within budget. Elliot and Davon were the workers that completed the restoration rebuild which included ceiling drywall, flooring, trim and painting. They worked very hard to get the rebuild done in a timely manner and I can't say enough positive things about their workmanship and professionalism and polite manners, they were the best workers. He led the project with professionalism, efficiency, and clear expertise, always responsive and proactive with updates. His guidance and communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Another thanks to Project Coordinator Danielle Halter. She handled all project details, paperwork, and payments efficiently, keeping everything on track. Danielle was also very helpful in answering questions about insurance payments and made the process easy to understand. Highly professional and responsive—really appreciated her support. First Atlantic Restoration delivered a great experience, and Davin, the onsite lead, was a big part of that. He handled repairs and fixes promptly as they came up and showed strong skill in both carpentry and electrical work. Davin kept us well informed with a clear punch list of items that needed attention and made sure everything was addressed quickly and efficiently. His workmanship and communication really stood out. Overall highly recommend!

Amazing Restoration to my Home by First Atlantic Restoration! They are the best to ever do it! I had a pipe leak at my home that had been going on for some time and it ended up causing a lot of damage to my bathroom and kitchen to my home. I contacted two other restoration companies and finally chose First Atlantic Restoration. Cierra was the first on the scene to my home and did her initial inspection and answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease that all would be taken care of and not to worry. Mack continued ongoing communication and project updates with me throughout the project answering any questions I had, listening to me vent, and addressing any concerns I had. Lynsey is a warrior getting all the paperwork completed and addressed quickly and without incident but also kind and reassuring. They took care of all communication with my insurance company and kept them updated with the progress of the project every step of the way. I was told by other companies that the damage I had in the bathroom and kitchen that they didn't even know where to start or how to address it because of the severity of the damage. Then comes the Restoration Avengers Team of Cierra, Mack, Lynsey, Garrett, Jeff and Cody to the rescue! I finally have the home I have always dreamed of thanks to First Atlantic Restoration. I knew that they restored homes but they also made my home better than it ever was and brought our family joy again. The team of Cierra, Mack, Lynsey, Garrett, Jeff and Cody are our family now and we could not have dreamed of a better restoration company or a better team.
