Truly the most empathetic, thoughtful, tenacious, communicative, thorough and consistent customer service I’ve ever experienced from start to finish. From the damage mitigation, to the end build out, to the absolute nightmare of dealing with insurance - they were always above and beyond and gave me peace of mind. Andrew, Austin, Lynsey and their teams made the frustration of the past few months bearable and kept me sane and sometimes even laughing - often a very daunting challenge - and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!

I rarely leave reviews and am highly critical of work done on my home, but my experience with First Atlantic has been impeccable. When a plumbing issue caused extensive damage to both my bathroom and dining room, I wasn’t sure where to begin. From the very first call, First Atlantic Restoration Company made the entire process as stress-free as possible. They responded same day and came out immediately to install equipment to dry out the water. They worked directly with my insurance company, handled the remediation, demolition, and repairs, and guided us through every step with professionalism and expertise. I can’t say enough about the incredible team. Jon, the team leader, kept everything organized and made sure every detail was handled with care. Penny, the coordinator, was always responsive, compassionate, and kept us informed throughout the project. Seth did an outstanding job with the painting, and Ken’s craftsmanship as the handyman was exceptional. Along with their talented team of contractors, they completely rebuilt our bathroom, restored the beautiful custom hand-sculpted ceiling in our dining room, and expertly restored all the intricate details that come with repairing a 100-year-old home. The quality of their work exceeded every expectation. They truly went above and beyond for my family, treating our home as if it were their own. The front office was great. They were friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. I was optimistic about working with First Atlantic Restoration because they seemed knowledgeable, and I was told Brian would be able to provide a ballpark cost for the emergency fire damage demolition and cleaning, with a line-item estimate available afterward. Unfortunately, the experience turned disappointing. They arrived about 30 minutes early for the appointment (which is normally a positive thing), saw another restoration company at my property, and left without even getting out of their vehicle. I, then, received a phone call stating they don't compete. I was simply gathering multiple estimates, which I think is a reasonable step after a fire, especially given the potential cost of the work. In fact, I was hoping their representative would earn my business because they had made the strongest impression up to that point. Instead, I never had the opportunity to hear their assessment or pricing. While I appreciate the professionalism of the front desk staff, I was left frustrated and disappointed by how the appointment was handled.
