These guys did a great job. Our basement flooded while my wife and I were on vacation. They came out and got the fans set up and helped my mother in law with the mess. They got the drywall and insulation cut out that couldn’t be saved. They were very professional and easy to work with.

Tylar and his team have been fantastic. Within 30 minutes of us requesting someone to come out the team was at our home and handled everything after a toilet flooded our house. We were worried about cleanup not being completed before the weekend since it was a Friday, and they brought in more people to make sure they got everything done promptly. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and Tylar has really helped us stay at ease through the mitigation process after dealing with the flooding when we had no idea what to expect. Just a great team we’ve been able to trust.

My crawlspace flooded due to a broken pipe and I called a few remediation companies straight away. Tyler and his team stood out as the most knowledgeable and professional. Tyler was transparent about what to expect and his team immediately got to work on the issue. They communicated regularly about the status, worked with my insurance and answered all my questions along the way. It was fantastic to have such a good partner when dealing with an issue like this! Devin, Tyler and Jose were great to work with. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They always called in advance before showing up and worked around our schedule. They did a great job drying out our basement!

We weren’t happy with communication and transparency in pricing. When I called them to get a quote they said they had to send out team. I was very clear about wanting a quote before starting. When they arrived they were very vague about costs and just said “insurance will cover this” despite asking for cost estimates. Got started and didn’t really communicate what they were actually doing or prices. After a couple days they showed up and said they needed to start tearing out walls. This was not discussed with us. When I asked for an estimate they said $9000 at that time (not including repairs) but the team couldn’t give me an answer how that was calculated or show me anything with breakdown in pricing. They also tracked mud into my home and on our stairs and didn’t clean up. At that time we asked them to stop everything. We followed up several times with Tyler with no answer and resorted to speaking with management. Took several days for them to give us an actual invoice. It was closer to $7000 and that was for tearing out carpet pad, fans, anti microbial spray and some water extraction. When going through invoice we found a lot of inconsistencies or sq ft was inaccurate that they based their pricing on. They also charge a fee for after hour calls that wasn’t disclosed at all. Even when I called them originally. They did remove this eventually and were able to lower costs closer to $6000. It’s very clear they price this knowing your insurance caps. Overall, I was not happy with lack of communication from the teams helping us or transparency in pricing or the work the were doing. Was extremely stressful to work with them in an already stressful situation. This could have specific to the team that handled our home but it could have been managed much better.
