Did a horrible job. Gutted house but left the things I said to make sure they got. Told them to start in basement due to all the water from fire. They let it sit down there 5-6 wks before they went down to start dying. When I pointed out where they dint clean whole big portion of wall a where the mold still was they sprayed a fast cover to try to hide. Said they shellac. But didn’t nothing was sealed said cleaned furnace but there was a pile of plaster an stuff in vent. Broke my fence. Threw a dresser I had by the dumpster said they would throw away but instead threw it in yard breaking it up. Broke a brand new bed frame. An didn’t stay past 2. Had 1 sometimes 2 people working. They will scam you an try to say thing to cover shit up. Do not let them work on your stuff they will cover up shit to make it look like they really did there job Pictures shows damages to fence an bush now due to throwing dresser in it ,how you didn’t even cover everything . Got pictures of wall you just painted over burnt paint so now it’s all bubbly and looks horrible. On invoice charged for things 2x added things that were never there claimed demo bath room but didn’t. Charge 1200. To demo a tiny closet then powder rm for 800. When that has toilet a stuff. 600$ saying took 6 hrs to board 3 windows. It was 1 person less then hour sat in truck then left. I watched. Claim gps to prove. Asked to see just the gps info for being at my house wouldn’t when if your gonna say you have it then should be willing to show it. Second person coming to fix your job gave price for what you did an was more realistic. You sent 47000$ then with out telling me an threatening that you would charge me for things that I would be responsible for by adding things to the list you sent a second invoice for 68,000 when legally that would’ve been thrown out because I have the written threat so that was just being spiteful you put a lien on my house but you didn’t do it the legal proper way the list goes on your company just scams people. People need to be more aware of what is being done to their homes because of people like you. Even left burnt support beam a painted over it. Original invoice 47000. Then 2 1/2 weeks later there’s invoice of 53000. And 11,000. Then lien on house for 64000.. scammers. DONT USE charged 10000 for shellac didn’t do 600 to put up 3 boards on windows said took 6 hrs charged for basement 2x made more Landon’s then really have. List goes on

I had the EPIC crew come to my house for flood cleanup. The crew worked very hard and they were all very helpful and very courteous. They were very professional and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

We arrived at work on Monday January 13 to find broken water lines! I called Epic and they had a team at our office in a matter of just a few hours! We didn't have to wait for days and the whole crew was awesome! Very professional, did their best not to interfere with our work day! If we ever need any help like this in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call Epic Restoration!
