Having never had an insurance claim for ice dam damage, I was not prepared for the process I had to go through. Keri, at Environmental Restoration, was a Godsend. She knew exactly what my insurance company needed and she dealt directly with them to share info and help me wherever she could. She also pushed back on the insurance company when they weren't offering enough and worked hard to keep the price within what insurance was allowed. Lastly, the work was fantastic! The way they worked to keep the surrounding areas clean while they were demo-ing the room with the water damage was amazing. They were even able to match the ceiling pattern. The workmen were kind, respectful, clean, and friendly. We recommend Environmental Restoration highly!

We can’t say enough good things about Chuck, John,Johnny and Kilmer at Environmental Restorations. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure our hurricane repairs were done perfectly. They fixed our roof, gutters, fascia, soffits, AC, drywall and replaced insulation in the attic. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the quality of their work truly stood out. We have the best looking roof on the block! They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions patiently. They also left the site spotless, which we really appreciated. What impressed us the most was their willingness to go the extra mile.
