Eco Clean team was great. Very honest, professional, and easy to talk to. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and even taught us how to maintain our high wooden ceiling and prevent future moisture stains. I really appreciated their honest approach and the time he took to answer all our questions. Highly recommended!

Eco clean was very easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone that needs there service. I felt very safe with them in my home, I definitely got more than I expected. I would give them 10 stars if I could. This was my previous review but after ecoclean came back to fix a bad install that I asked them to fix right after the install. The worker just caulked a hole and sealed the water from getting out of the wall. I had to remove the caulking so the water could get out so I had to put towels on the side of my tube for years until it started to leak from under my tube and under my flooring on my second floor bathroom. I had a plumber come to my house to replace my plumbing fixtures and they said that the shower walls was installed wrong and thats why the water was leaking in my wall. I contacted ecoclean because the plumber didnt want to be responsible for the water keep leaking. Ecoclean came and said they would fix the problem and they started work and I wouldn't have to pay for anything, ecoclean tried to get me to pay for all kinds of stuff and I did pay for some stuff because I didnt want to continue to argue with the very aggressive supervisor. The supervisor liked to blame me for the messed up things the workers did or lie to me and say that the pipes broke because it fragile but I confirmed there is nothing wrong with my plumbing pipes. Ecoclean started to do the work and then one of the workers broke my toilet pipe and flooded my house and we had to live in our office for 1 week for remediation. I did have to bring in my own plubmers to redo the bad plumbing that ecoclean Installed during this construction. ecoclean damaged my tube and refused to fix my tube after I told them they wouldn't have to I stall new glass doors and put curtains if they just fixed my rusted tube that they damaged during the first remodel. If I wasn't in construction I think ecoclean would have gotten away with a lot of bad workmanship. I also asked the supervisor to check if their workers took any of my tools because I was missing stuff but they never contacted me back a out my tools. They also didnt clean up after themselves, they damaged stuff in my garage and didnt put back things they took down. The repairs are horrible finish and didnt fix the drywall joints that was water damaged. I had to do some repairs that I knew they was going to cover and not fix properly. I wish I was living in the house during the original install so I could have check their work but I was rehoused for the original work so I didnt see anything they did. I really like working with the owner but the supervisor was very u professional and aggressive, like I said if I wasn't in construction I wouldn't know what they was doing wrong, I can imagine what they have gotten away with customers that doesn't know anything about construction. I will definitely find a different remediation company if I flood my house.

Definitely recommend! We had an AC leaking into the wall upstairs that damaged the walls and floors on both floors of our house and cause quite a bit of mold especially downstairs. Quite a big project. These guys were on it. Quick to come out and provide a quote. Listened to and addressed my concerns throughout the project. Technicians were polite and professional and always showed up at the time they said they would. When the initial air quality test showed there were still mold spores, they communicated what needed to be done, removed more material, and ensured our home was safe to be lived in again. While I definitely hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to call them or refer anyone to them.

My usual guy retired so I was stuck looking online for a new carpet cleaner. He charged me $100 for my small 2 ndrm house. With this co I was quoted a certain amount on the website and when the tech came to clean he told me if I wanted cleaning solution in the machine I would have to pay an extra $100 per room! I refused and then was told all I would get was a steam cleaning. So honesly at this point I dont know what he actually did, but run some water from my hose to their machine and then suck it up. It was very confusing. But I dont think theres any steam involved. The water is just cold water. Dont you need heat to steam?
