Edit to add that I've read every review and I'm not the only one you've done this to. And it's very telling that you respond to reviews that praise your company but do not address ANY negative reviews where service was either not up to standard or not provided at all. Says a lot about the kind of business you run. Hi DryGuys, Ive called 5 times today and you dont seem too interested in answering your phone. Nor do you seem interested in reviewing messages left because your voicemail box is full. So I guess I'll address it here. Back in August of 2025 you received a call from my at the time room mate for an emergency mold inspect, she called on my behalf as I was on the phone with my attorney. We set an appointment and despite that we waited at the house all day, no one from your company ever showed. I ended up having to go with a different company for the mold inspection and testing. Fast forward a couple months, my roommate received an invoice from your company totaling $100. Weird because she doesn't own the house. I do and everything is SOLEY in my name. Information you would have had and billed to properly for if anyone had actually shown up. When she called and disputed the charges because we never received the service, you claimed to close it. So its ironic that she received yet ANOTHER emailed invoice a couple days ago for the service you never provided. But I'm fair, I'll give you a chance to PROVE you provided the service. Because the other company not only did the inspection but did a full mold test and provided me with the mold report. If you provided the service that youre invoice claims you provided then who was the mold inspector? What are findings on record and where is the mold report? Because if you have those things the results should match those of the one I received from the other company as they came out for their service 2 days after your failed appearance. Since I was unable to leave a message for you to be able reach directly back out to me and you billed to my room mate instead of myself, here is the job number youll need to cross reference to find the jobs you didn't preform in your records: Job# 840. if i could give zero stars, i would! this company was so rude & unprofessional after taking MY MONEY! Arlene is unbearable to talk to! no amount of self control once she has lied and been called out, she needs to take anger management classes! Sal stopped answering the phone, after coming out to my home, performing a mold inspection test, being paid, yet never sending my results after several days that have turned into weeks and it’s horrible customer service! OMG I will never work with this company again and if you are a person who likes to handle business properly, you would skip working with them also! I asked for my results to be sent at least 6 times and have yet to receive anything! l honestly don’t believe they plan on sending it at all, but if i have to ride to Columbia in order to receive any actual help, i’m willing to bet Arlene will blow a fuse and blame everyone except her own actions and it’s sad. I will pray for them

Payed them to fix my roof, didn’t fix it, and won’t come back out to fix it. DO NOT USE THEM

I have unfortunately needed water extraction services 3 times in the last month. However this time I called Dryguys. The level of workmanship and customer service was exceptional. The work performed exceeded our expectations. If you need service I highly recommend DryGuys Restoration.

DryGuys Restoration responded to my call in regards to flooding in my home on the same day during a weekend. Mr. Sal and his crew made sure my home was taken care of and informed me on things I did not know through out the process. The replacement of my floors and walls were beautifully done.
