Highly recommend Dry Docs! Nathan and his team did an outstanding job on our unfortunate problem.

We’ve had a wonderful experience working with Nathan at DryDocs, a Godsend after some not-so-wonderful encounters with mold in several areas of our house. Nathan is sensitive to the predicament customers are in when they call him and instills confidence and reassurance. He is a wealth of knowledge on construction, water damage, microbial growth, etc and believes in fixing issues the right way. Communication was excellent every step of the process. Nathan and Jimmy were timely, worked efficiently, and left a minimal but thorough footprint in the remediated areas. They are well-connected in the community and have solid recommendations for plumbers, contractors, etc to get everything put back together. Make DryDocs your first call for any water or mold issues, you will not be disappointed.

My husband & I highly recommend DryDocs of Rapid City SD! You won’t regret calling them if you have a water damage restoration project. Nathan & James arrived at our house first thing in the morning to assess our water damage. Nathan immediately came up with a plan & they both got to work setting up their equipment & cleaning things up. Nathan explained things to us & kept us informed throughout the project. They were willing to work on a Saturday, which they normally try not to do, but it meant a lot to us. Nathan is meticulous & very careful dismantling things in the affected areas. He treated our home as if it were his own. He was open to our ideas/suggestions as 4 of us all worked together during some parts of the project. He was willing to share some of his excellent tools with us & we shared some of our tools with him. We worked together as a team, even though my husband & I were basically working in a state of shock. Nathan & James were very patient with us & helped bring calmness to our situation. Nathan understood & empathized with us at how devastating this event is to us. He realized the financial cost to us. He reached out to & recommended his trustworthy network of other subcontractors to help with other aspects of the project as needed. (Plumber, construction contractor/builder, etc.) Nathan is very professional & knowledgeable. His pricing is very fair & reasonable. We greatly appreciate & we are so thankful Nathan & James promptly & efficiently helped us during our very stressful & upsetting situation. We definitely 10/10 recommend DryDocs of Rapid City SD!
