Dry Tech is the best company that I've ever done business with. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I'm big on customer service and this company did not disappoint me. Doug Gandy helped me understand the whole process and set me at ease by making sure everything ran smoothly. He was easy to reach when I needed him, very friendly and helpful. Vanessa Rodriguez was incredible. She always picked up the phone whenever I called. No matter how busy things got on her end, she was always there to answer my questions and emailed requested documents immediately. I never had to hound anyone or chase them down. They’re very efficient and get things done in a timely manner. These folks truly do care about their customers and work hard to make sure we’re satisfied. The two feet of water damage repair work they had done on my bathroom actually upgraded it, making it better than it was before the damage! Thank you so much Dry Tech. You're absolute amazing.

Dry Tech Restoration was a great company to work with for mitigation services when my water heater leaked and cause damage in my garage. They started the process the next day after my assessment appointment and completed it all in 4 days. They were good at communicating and work around your schedule. Will was the one coming to my house and doing the work, he did a good job and was very friendly. Highly recommend this company!

My wife and I had the absolute privilege of have Karl come to our house when our water heater started leaking. Not only was Karl very respectful and very professional, Karl was very personable. This was the first time we had to file a claim with our house insurance and Karl walked us through every step of the process and got the ball rolling with next day disconnection, tear-up, and started the drying process . All the work was done by another very professional employee who was fast and efficient at his work. He got everything ready for the plumbers to come setup a temporary system so we wouldn’t have to go without hot water for even one night and contacted the plumber the second their job was done. Unfortunately the plumbing company completely dropped the ball and never came out. When I tried to get in contact with the plumbing company I was greeted with a very rude individual that claimed I had no order for anything whatsoever and that I was not a priority because there were no health concerns. That individual not only said that but also did not even know who I was! I never told him my last name! He didn’t confirm my name, address, a work order etc.... So how would he even have known if I had no health concerns!? I ended up calling Karl and he once again went above and beyond by confirming that the plumbing company was contacted by his company and he even tried to do what he could to get us a temporary water heater setup. Karl did not have to do any of this at all especially since it was all after hours. Needless to say that if all the company employees are like Karl then their customer service is truly amazing with genuine care for their customers. I will be recommending Dry Tech Restoration to anyone and they will be my first choice if this happens again.

Rudy, from the mitigation/drying side of this company was super friendly and super helpful. I felt at ease with his presence in the tense situation from our slab leak that pretty much flooded a huge portion of our floors and walls. He took the time to reassure us, and answered any and all questions related to the work that will be done, and even questions about our home insurance. Like I said, he put our mind at ease by letting us know everything and more. Whenever we called the company, they were always helpful and friendly! I would recommend Dry Tech Restoration out to anyone who needs mitigation services and is working with your home insurance. I can't comment on the restoration side of the company, but we did initially decide to use them because we were so impressed by the helpfulness and timeliness on the mitigation side. However, we had decided to go with another company for the restoration later on.

Dry Tech did an outstanding restoration job in my home! I am so happy with the outcome. They helped my husband and me maneuver through a difficult situation. Our kitchen sink had a bad leak so we called Dry Tech. The project Manager Rudy came over immediately to assess the damage. He explained the necessary steps and went over the paperwork with us. We signed with them that day and they immediately got to work! We appreciate Dry Tech's timely service and quick acting. Everyone on the team was great. Our house looks even better than before. Dry Tech went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!
