Handled claims reporting and documentation with insurance adjusters professionally, and explained everything to us in detail along the way. We've used them on two separate incidents and will continue to do so should the need arise again!

Unprofessional. They failed to communicate and return phone calls within appropriate time frames. Would show up for the job hours later than expected and wanted to charge for 48 hours of work even though they only worked 7 hours in my home. Claimed it was due to drive time, but they did not quote travel time on their original estimate. They were completely unethical and unwilling to correct their bill. I had to request twice for an itemized bill and upon receiving it noticed they charged me for 2 things that were not even serviced like a dumpster and laying cardboard protective flooring. It was a terrible experience after the already frustrating process of needing mold remediation. During the remediation, when it was clear the job was smaller than the quote of 48 hours for work that was given to us, my husband tried to talk with Nathaniel regarding the billing while he was working at our house. He refused to answer questions and told us to talk to JonMark. When my husband tried to talk to JonMark he wouldn't answer calls and only sent text messages, when finally, my husband heard back from someone it was Nathaniel and he would not send an itemized bill until he arrived to pick up his supplies when at that time we were supposed to blindly pay in full upon their arrival. Totally incompetent in business conduct and professionalism. DriRight has put more communication, professionalism, and time into their REPLY of our negative review than they ever put into communicating with us DURING our project and billing dispute. Their effort is too late and too false.
