RE: DRAKE'S CONSTRUCTION & RESTORATION: Our Church Roof had a significant re-occurring leak on the sanctuary roof behind the Steeple Platform. Drake's responded quickly, surveying the problem and then sending us a detailed quote, not only of the cost, but also describing how the repair would be done. The amount of the quote was very reasonable and included a liberal warranty, as well. Once the Church voted and approved for the work to be done, Drake's responded quickly, in a very timely manner, completing the work efficiently; therefore, helping prevent further interior damage to the church. The Invoice, following completion, was for the exact amount quoted! We had such a great experience with them!! They were professional and courteous. Did exactly what they said they would do and was there every day and even came in on Saturday to help decrease the disruption of our business.. I can truly say they went above and beyond!! The drywall was great, painting was great and floor was perfect.. Brian (the owner) was always available, Scooter, Larry, Will and all folks were fun to work with!!! Would definitely use them again!
Drake’s Construction did an excellent job on my roof and exterior repairs after storm damage. Brian was very patient and answered all of my questions. The crew worked all day and through the weekend to finish before rain moved in, which i really appreciated. The end product turned out better than I could imagine. I would definitely recommend them!!!
Drakes completed a new roof, gutters, and helped us with some indoor repairs including drywall and mold removal. They were amazing with us every step of the way. Starting with the owner, Brian, reaching out to see what our needs were, the salesman, Marc, assisting us with pricing and helping with the roofing crew, the finance manager, Mark, and last but definitely not least, Scooter, who did all our inside work like a champ through all the challenges! They were friendly, professional, and transparent. They are a veteran friendly company. I would definitely recommend them!! Out of 8 companies, they were the most fairly priced for all of our needs, and the only company that recommended we take the old roof material off before putting the new one on with our moisture issues.
