I had a very unfortunate incident at the house I bought one week after the Closing. A city pipe clogged and the entire blocks feces and urine came up into my basement. The City’s response time was incredible (reviewed on their page ; City of Williamstown). By the time they got into the ground and unclogged it, it was wall to wall and about 2 inches deep! I’m OCD and I swear my eyes were bugged out of my head when these guys showed up. When I walked into the City building, the Mayor came out no more than 30 seconds later and took me into his office and called Brian Drake. Brian had his guys there within the hour and they spent a large part of the day, as expected, cleaning my newly painted basement. I don’t know how they do that, really! It’s incredible to me that people can do that kind of cleanup. I could barely even look at it. And when I say cleanup, I mean they got it done! There was no sign of any mess, including smell when they were finished. The next day, Brian sent another guy to pull the furnace and hot water tank out, took them apart, cleaned them, then tested their functionality. The paint had also come up in multiple places and looked horrible after the cleanup, but Brian also sent another guy, a few weeks later, because large fans were down there running nonstop during that time, and he painted it. It was completely restored to its original condition prior to me moving in, and you can’t tell it even happened! Hopefully never again with the Clapper Valve I had put in. This of course was all at no cost to me. The City paid for all of it. And I have to say, I’ve never been that impressed with a company in my life, and I’m 62 years old…. the responsiveness, acting as if it was their own homes they were restoring, and how hard they worked was above and beyond, 2nd to none! I would give 10 stars if it was an option. This company really cares about their customers and they turned an absolutely horrible situation into an actual blessing… a company genuinely caring for people is rare these days. I would recommend Drakes hands down to anyone who needs their services. For any service they provide I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Brian, and all of you guys who were there for me, I am beyond grateful for the work you did for me, and for treating it like you would if it were your own home.

We had windows updated and siding replaced. The crew was very thorough and made our home beautiful again.

After the tornado damaged my home, I was completely overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. This team responded incredibly fast and had my roof covered very quickly, helping prevent further damage and giving me some much needed peace of mind during a very stressful situation. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping. They didn’t just do the job and leave, they called the next day to check on us and even came back out to address some additional concerns that came up. I am so grateful for their quick response, excellent work, and kindness. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing services, especially in an emergency. Thank you for making such a difficult situation a little easier.

Drakes has done work for me on several occasions at several properties over the years. They never dissapoint and always do excellent work. Recently just did a kitchen remodel and I am beyond pleased with the work. VERY HAPPY and would highly recommend!!
