I had a pipe break in my basement the other day. My family and I didn’t really know what to do or who to call. A family friend recommended this company Disaster Recovery Solution. within no time they arrived. Eduardo, one of the project managers from Disaster Recovery Solution arrived with his team and got straight to work. They were incredibly fast and professional, helping us with the emergency cleanup, water extraction, and setting up drying equipment right away. What really impressed me was how they handled everything , not just the remediation but also the construction work afterward, which was done beautifully. Eduardo and his team made a stressful situation so much easier. If you’re dealing with an emergency and need reliable, fast, and high quality service, this is the team to call!

Do not use this company. They take your money put it on other jobs. Delay the work in your home and do not pay back the money. Wilson will give you stories for months upon months of how he will call you back “next week” than ghost you. I have a claim on them in small claims court. They did not show up on the first date let’s see if they show up to the rescheduled date. September 12,2025 Update: After Wilson became aware of my reviews on Google and the Better Business Bureau, he called me in an attempt to make a deal. He offered to pay me the balance he had owed me for over two years — approximately $9,100 — and asked if I would remove the negative reviews if he increased the payment to $13,000. At that point, I just wanted the money I was already owed. I agreed in principle and told him I would sign a contract and remove my reviews once I received full payment. Wilson initially wanted to give me only a partial payment, have me remove one review, and sign the contract. I refused and clearly stated I would only remove the reviews and sign once I received the full amount in a cashier’s check. The day before our scheduled court date, he contacted me saying he had a cashier’s check and sent one of his employees to my home with the contract. When his employee arrived, Wilson called me and said the check would not be handed over until I removed the reviews. I explained that I would remove the reviews after signing the contract and receiving the payment, not before. Wilson refused to trust me, and his employee left without delivering the check. Wilson did not appear in court the next day. Instead, he contacted the court to claim he was trying to settle with me. After more back-and-forth and repeated accusations from him, he later called my husband, saying he would deposit the cashier’s check and pay me only the amount he owed — $9,100 and change — because I had made it clear that I did not want extra money to take down the reviews. I simply wanted what I was owed, and I wanted others to be aware of this company. As of today — two weeks past the court date — I still have not received the money from the cashier’s check that he claimed to have and said needed time to clear. Again, I want to emphasize how untrustworthy this company is. They took advantage of a devastating situation when my home was completely uninhabitable and I was forced to find somewhere else to live. Instead of doing the right thing with the insurance money I entrusted to them to rebuild my home, they mishandled the funds. The first check from my insurance claim was given to them in good faith — money meant for repairs. After deciding to go another route, I had to repeatedly demand the return of my own funds. More than two years later, I’ve been forced to pay out of my own pocket for work that was supposed to be covered by the insurance funds I provided to them. This is a fight I should never have had to endure. This company has shown no sympathy for my situation. Instead of acknowledging the hardship I’ve endured, they’ve become upset with me for simply demanding the money I’m owed and defensive because I’m frustrated at having to fight for it.
