Our recent experience with CCS dealing with the aftermath of a flood situation falls nothing short of outstanding! From Jamie assessing and coordinating the timely demo, clean up, and sanitation of the affected areas, to being an advocate and intermediary with my insurance company, Jamie certainly made this process much easier for us! I can't say enough good things about CCS! From the initial cleanup nearly a year ago to the repairs they recently completed, the entire experience was outstanding. A special shout-out to Jamie, who truly went above and beyond every step of the way. He worked closely with me throughout the entire process, coordinated everything seamlessly, and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. His customer service was exceptional, and I genuinely appreciated all the time and effort he put into making everything happen. Steve did an amazing job on the repairs. The quality of his work was outstanding, and the finished results absolutely knocked it out of the park. The difference is incredible, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I highly recommend CCS to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service. In fact, I've already recommended them to others and will continue to do so!

The crew was incredibly fast and efficient once they actually started—working all day Monday and finishing up by Tuesday. However, the scheduling and communication leading up to it were very poor, which is why I cannot give a 5-star review. They were supposed to start at 7:30 AM on Friday. By 8:30 AM, no one had arrived, so I messaged them. I was told, 'hmm give me a minute,' but then heard nothing for hours. After calling around noon, I was finally told their truck broke down. While a breakdown is understandable, the lack of updates afterward was not. I heard nothing the rest of the day and had to text them myself at 9:00 PM, only to be told the job was being pushed to Sunday. On Sunday, a worker showed up to ask what color shingles we wanted, only to mention they had already gone out and bought white ones—a color we never approved. They had to return them and get a different color, pushing the actual start date to Monday. Overall, their actual workmanship and speed were excellent, but their communication and logistics definitely need major improvement. Also- we had gotten 3 other places to come and give us a quote, and they are very reasonable. We even had mold taken out of our attic.

Writing this for my mom who lives in Denmark, WI. “On Tuesday, April 14 my husband and I baled out our flooded basement for 3 hours carrying 5 gallon pails up the basement steps. I looked up Water Damage Restoration and called CCS Property Service LLC. My husband said I wouldn’t get anyone at 3:00 AM in the morning. But Mike answered the phone and my questions. He called back every day to check on us and if we needed anything. Someone who actually cared. If you need help with your water restoration I suggest you call Mike!”
