Burggraf Disaster Restoration

I would absolutely 100% STAY AS FAR AWAY as you can from Burggraf. They were the worst to work with. Horrible communication, takes way too long to complete a job, and will scam you out of money for a sub par job. I can’t even put into words what a nightmare they were. We ended up having to file two claims because one of their men stepped on a pipe and broke it, causing more issues, which they never owned up to. They threatened to take us to court, when we should have taken them! And we still might! Stay away, please. You’ll thank me later.

I am 77, disabled, on oxygen 24/7, renting an Apt. I discovered the garage flooded from apartment above it mid December, 2025. I appreciated the professionalism of the initial inspection and pack-up crew and the companies on going kindness and politeness. However, now over 5 months since initial contact, I’ve contacted them weekly—including a certified letter sent directly to the owner, Brian Burggraf, April 19, 2026–and I’ve received no resolution. My USAA insurance company has also contacted them weekly, with the most recent outreach on May 15. Though Burggraf acknowledged some contacts with short replies—like “we’ll get back to you”—they have not followed through. We lack clear, typed reports (their’s are illegible, vague, and handwritten) detailing what was damaged or lost—including heirlooms, family photos, oriental rugs, and more—which prevents me from settling my insurance claim, knowing what items are salvageable, or retrieving anything, despite a substantial payment of 65% of their bill. I’m disappointed and want resolution. I called them because of their website and advertisements on TV.

Burggraf Restoration did an excellent job throughout the entire restoration process. Their team was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, and treated my property with care and respect. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and they made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I truly appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to getting everything done right. I would highly recommend Burggraf Restoration to anyone needing restoration services in the Tulsa area.

Absolute trash company. Would not recommend them if they were the last restoration company in Oklahoma. Honestly you'd have more success going on YouTube and trying to fix whatever problem you had yourself. They made our initial problem we had in a bathroom WORSE, go months without communicating, and still try and get paid as if they provided an acceptable service. Will be reporting to the BBB as well.

I called to make a payment for their services. Karyn assured me that my payment was all set. I noticed that the payment was returned and called back to let them know. She told me 4 times that I was all set, she sent me a paid receipt and said not to worry about anything, that they charged me twice and it was their fault. They called me over a whole month later to say that they needed to collect payment from me (Krista). They were treating me like I was a criminal, like I was the one in the wrong when all along it was their mistake. She told me the supervisor would be contacting me. I missed her call (Emily) because I was working. I called back within just a few minutes, only for her to be the rudest, most careless person I’ve ever spoken to. She told me that the payment shouldn’t even matter since my insurance company was paying for it anyways. She also told me how could I be willing to fight them with an attorney but not pay my bill. She even said that my payment receipt I got from them did not mean anything, so you might consider recording your conversations because it does not do you any good to have a receipt, or at least make sure you sign off on something because I didn’t even get to do that. No one ever even apologized to me, not even Emily the manager. This whole thing was their mistake. I told them I was willing to make my payment, but with the payment of MY choice. Emily said that because I did not answer the phone, they went ahead and took my payment. They saved my card information from A MONTH ago when I made my first payment and re-ran it WITHOUT my permission. Regardless of what I owe, I did not know that company’s can save your card information for a ONE time payments. And then run the payment because you don’t answer the phone at their convenience. I cried out of frustration and Emily avoided answering any of my questions. She couldn’t tell me who ran my card, couldn’t tell me why they still had my card information saved, I’m extremely upset and disappointed in this experience.
