My husband and I had a unique situation while completing an inspection for mold and was referred to Brandon/Buckeye Advanced Remediation to help get to the bottom of the issue. From our very first conversation, he was incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. What impressed us the most was that he was willing to give us such helpful advice on keeping the basement dry and answer questions before we had even met or scheduled our mold testing. In 2024, they missed a MAJOR problem under our kitchen sink. He identified that we had an issue and literally said that 90% of kitchen sinks in America look like that underneath. Instead of addressing the seriousness, he told us how to self remediate with anti-mold paint and instructed me on how to cut and place a hepa filter from Amazon over the vent that comes out from under the kitchen sink so as to mitigate the issue from contaminating the rest of the house. We recently had a reputable company come in because my son has a sensitivity to mold (PANS) and asthma and his health has only continued to decline. They thoroughly investigated and found a partial wall of mold behind the sink, mold under mutiple tiles, and a rotted cabinet bottom.
