When my kitchen sink overflowed, my kitchen was flooded and the water ran through the floor into the downstairs family room, destroying several panels in the suspended ceiling and soaking the carpet. Tim and his crew got everything cleaned up, dried out, and repaired in just a couple of days, including fixing the damaged ceiling. A very quick and professional job!

Moses B and the whole team including Irish on the admin staff were responsive to all of my concerns and genuinely showed that they cared for my project. They worked with the insurance co. to carefully explain the basis of their estimate, which was more than 2x what the insurance was initially going to pay. The roof and paint crews were very courteous and professional, working independently and diligently and as quietly as they can. And they cleaned up after themselves very nicely. Great team and great experience with them.

After finding a patch of mold growth on a bathroom wall, I reached out to Boulder Peak Restoration to assess potential leaks. As it turned out, the previous shower installation had been done without any water proofing, and considerable mold growth and damage had been done to the wall, shower, and the exterior wall. They took on the responsibility of communicating with the city, acquiring permits, and scheduling inspections. They were also incredibly patient and helpful in working through an enormously frustrating months-long process with the HOA to get permission to do the work. Once repairs were underway, the work was done quickly and professionally. More than just being happy with the quality of the repairs, the help provided by Moses and Helaina in navigating the process was invaluable. Their experience and reassurance made a stressful, frustrating situation much easier to manage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boulder Peak Restoration or to reach out to them again in the future.

I can’t recommend this water restoration company highly enough. They responded incredibly quickly, did excellent work, and explained every step of the process clearly so I always knew what was happening.
