Blue Star

I had a house fire the last night of January. Blue Star did a great job restoring my home and getting me back in it quickly. Very pleased with the workmanship and ease to work with. When you have a bad situation, they are great at getting you back to normal and even better than before.

Ross was our contact, and helped all the way through despite some snags along the way with insurance, he and Blue Star made it a seamless process and delivered a beautiful new roof!

WARNING! Do not use this company! I can't believe this place actually stays in business. Our insurance referred us to this company, and it was the biggest mistake. Months later (when they were making excuses for why they weren't working on the project), the adjuster from our insurance mentioned he was hearing similar complaints from other clients in the area about this company. Avoid at all costs

Blue Star did a wonderful job restoring our roof, gutters and facia from the ice storm. We appreciate the good work and especially the good guidance of Mason Satterfield. He was a pleasure to work with.

They recently put a roof in new gutters on our home and I want to come in Mason the supervisor with blue star who came out and gave me an estimate or worked with me. He assured me that they could work with State Farm and keep my cost to just my deductible which they did and do a wonderful job. We had an offer on our house during this time so we needed to go ahead and get this done sooner with all of the damage homes around they were a little bit backed up, but Mason was kind enough given our situation to get us done in about a two week. Period After we had an offer on the house. They put the roof on in one day. They probably would’ve had it done even sooner had they not had some rainy weather which delayed them a couple days they came back a week later a different crew and put up the gutters the new gutter system and it looks like a new house From them putting that up. Mason is one of the nicest guys you could work with Hill work to make sure things get done right and help you out in anyway you can.. they put a roof on for a buddy mine on his house two years ago and did such a great job. They were the first guys that I called after we had hail come through here and we found out we had hail damage on the roof. I really appreciate the job they did even though we’re selling the house and won’t be leaving here anymore. It was a benefit to selling our house because they offered a two year warranty on the workmanship besides the warranty with the shingles other companies wanted extra money for that transferable warranty to the new owners they didn’t so there’s a lot of good things to say about blue star and I’ve seen other homes that they’ve done and they all look good. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
