The initial tech that came to my flooded basement was great. Documented everything, setup a dehumidifier for me and let me know more people would come tomorrow to put in air blowers and more dehumidifiers. I already removed the standing water, it was only wet drywall/carpet at this point. Texted me the next day they had a busy schedule and couldnt get me in, fine, next day same thing. After a week 1/2 of texting when someone would get to me they finally sent me a random email with an estimate to demo my entire basement for 15k that included 31 air blowers in my 1200 sq ft basement. Called them and asked to give me a quote for just drying the basement, told me the majority of the quote was the equipment being put down and it was "only a couple hundred dollar difference" and wouldn't do it. Did the math on their quote and the drying would've only been about 5k. Told them to come take their dehumidifier and leave. When they were here the person picking it up said "yeah this should've been done a week ago" really? That's why I called you a week ago. Rented my own dehu and air blowers to dry it myself. After a week my basement is completely molded over from wet drywall. Hired a new mitigation company to remove the mold and they're only charging me 3k! Thanks Blue Bear!

A couple of weeks ago I had a hot water tank leak that went under my hardwood floors in my basement. I called Blue bear restoration and they were out there very quickly with dehumidifiers and fans taking care of the problem. They were very concerned with my house, they treated it as their own. I wish to formally praise the team, Luis, Terrance and Danny who worked on my father’s home. This was not our first meeting with these young men, in fact seeing them on the day of the job was calming. They are friendly, professional and respectful. Understanding this is a stressful time for all of us, they took the time to get to know the client and his protective daughter. They answered questions and explained the details of the job and how long it would take. They showed interest in my father, especially his paintings, taking their time to listen to his concerns while he gave them a tour of the gallery within his home. They laughed at my jokes. I am amazed at how detailed and non-invasive their work was. Other than the obvious areas of work, you would never know they were there. These three young men’s affect is evidence of a company that not only takes care of their clients but trusts their employees to be representatives of the company. These guys were great. Very responsive, thorough and considerate. It was a big team with different guys handling different aspects. EACH ONE seemed to take full responsibility for the whole job. Introduced to Blue Bear by Wischmeyers Plumbing- also solid, service oriented plumbers. Great network!
