Big Sky Disaster Restoration

From the fire to the finished house, they were fantastic! They put so much thought and care into everything they did. Had yo go rounds with our insurance company, but they did everything they could for us. Big Sky is wonderful.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for Big Sky Disaster Restoration. Steve, Echo and the entire crew were amazing in helping me restore my house and belongings after a fire. Steve was there the morning of the fire to offer assistance and was with me every step of the way. The patience, understanding and constant communication literally saved my sanity. From dealing with mortgage and insurance company bureaucracy to grifters breaking in to strip wire, Steve was there to tackle the problems and provide support. What other contractor do you know that picks up on the first ring every time?!!! This was a major restoration that took over a year. The quality of work is immaculate. He takes his time and gets the job done right. I wouldn’t trust anyone else if I ever had another disaster.

I had two separate - water in the basement issues 2 years apart. Steve of Big Sky Restoration Service promptly returned my call. He and his crew responded very quickly (which is important in this situation). Situation 1: The repair to two bedrooms and family room was extensive. Carpet, padding, sheet rock, and furniture, and files had to be removed and fans used to dry it out. Lots of sheet rock had to be replaced, sanding, painting, new carpeting etc. truly labor intensive. Steve and his crew took care of everything! Pictures below! Situation 2: A leaky pipe unseen saturated the ground and water seeped into the ground and eventually we became aware that followed a heating vent and continued to rain into a bedroom through a heating vent. Totally soaked the carpeting and into a closet. Called Steve! Again a rapid response and sheet rock, painting and cleaning was required. But, they were able to save the new carpeting this time! All is back to normal and I cannot give a better recommendation than 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the efforts of the entire crew!! Steve did an excellent job of getting my place back together after a water leak. He worked with my insurance, communicated with me throughout the entire process, and got the job done in a timely manner. If you are considering this company I highly recommend them over some of the more popular disaster restoration companies in town. You won’t regret it.

Steve has been AMAZING during a very difficult and overwhelming time. He has been UPFRONT and honest, prompt, informational and helpful when it comes to insurance, and friendly when collaborating with the insurance company. He has also been patient and flexible with my busy schedule as a mom of 4.
