Bedrock Restoration - Water Fire Mold Damage Service

Bedrock was the third company we reached out to for water mitigation services for water damage. We're processing a claim through our home insurance. We're really glad we found them. So far they have been empathetic, very considerate of our home, communicative and have kept their word. Up to this point we have used them for the drying out process. I'll try to update this review after rebuild. Background: we had a water leak in our kitchen. Despite catching it early it created water damage in our kitchen and basement in our newly bought home. By the time we called Bedrock I was pretty spent. The first company had multiple red flags. The second one was better but staff seemed overworked and busy. I called Bedrock and it was a night and day difference. I talked with Jesse at 9 pm and I was both exhausted and stressed. I wanted to find someone to do the job right because we had a nightmare with a paint contractor before moving into our house and didn't want a repeat. Jesse was calm, empathetic and thoroughly answered my questions about what to expect. He arrived early the next day. He was the only company of the three that had equipment ready to go to start the drying process. The other two companies had to book out the next day for the drying process. If you've had water damage you know timing is of the essence. Him and his team took such care with our things. They had shoe covers on, took care in moving our items without dinging them, communicated with me about where I wanted things, and checked in regularly so I knew what they were recommending. They clearly have the homeowners interest in mind and I have confidence they will advocate for our needs to our adjustor. If you want someone you can count on, who will take care in finding a solution that is the least invasive yet still effective, and who will be both kind and professional in caring for your home, I recommend them.

We were extremely pleased with Bedrock Restoration when we had water issues. Caitlin did an excellent job of coordinating the project and communicating with us throughout the mitigation project. The Project Manager, Adan, was knowledgeable, organized, easy to work with and genuinely cared about our property. He and his team responded within hours of my call and completed the mitagation phase in record time! Adan did an excellent job when walking the insurance adjuster through the damaged area, pointing out the concerns, the reason for the mitigation and need for restoration. The tech, Drake , was prompt, curious, and provided excellent customer service. We are so pleased with Bedrock, that were are contracting with them to complete the restoration phase. We highly recommend!

Bedrock was a lifesaver for our home mitigation and restoration project. After we found some water damage, they came immediately (the mitigation team was FABULOUS!) helping us along the way, educating us on the next step of the process, and ensuring everything was perfectly dry and safe. The restoration team was also amazing and easy to work with. Our project manager, Domminick, brought in an excellent crew for each stage of the process and synced the timing so that it had as little impact on our family as possible. We ran into a few hiccups, but Domminick and the team were always professional, quick to resolve, and easy to share concerns with. Everything was handled with care and empathy, like this was their home. The team did whatever possible to ensure the job had 100% satisfaction. I would recommend them, hands down! Dan, the owner, also engaged with us to ensure the process was running smooth. We can't thank them enough!

We called Bedrock today regarding newly noted water damage. They had their crew out within the hour. Austin & Alex were very professional & honest. They kept us informed throughout the process. They then brought in their plumber Tyler who was also very knowledgeable. Unfortunately there is a lot more damage than expected but we feel we are in really good hands.
