They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout our issues. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. If you’re looking for someone honest who genuinely cares about helping you understand what’s going on in your home, I highly recommend them! We’re so grateful for their expertise and peace of mind.
Something broke under my daughter's sink, and water got into most rooms of her house. I offered to help her find a company to do the restoraton/remodeling once the water mitigation was finished. I received recommendations from friends and acquaintances. I was surprisedby the number of people who pretended to be contractors and the number of people who refused to pull permits--even contractors. Then I found Bay Coast Restoration online and was impressed by their reviews. Clinton came to meet with me and my daughter. From day one he was easy to communicate with, explained the whole process thoroughly and assured us that he (the project manager) and the contractor he worked with would make sure the restoration would be successful, and that my daughter would be pleased. He listened carefully to what my daughter wanted. The whole process was great. Clinton was easy to reach by phone and text and responded promptly. He answered our questions along the way and made sure to keep my daughter abreast on the progress of the remodel. Permits were pulled as needed. If there was an issue along the way, he solved it quickly. We are pleased with the final outcome. The house looks great, the time frame was reasonable, and the cost was fair. (My daughter's insurance paid only a fraction of the cost up front.) I highly recommend Bay Coast Restoration and Clinton Ferreira. It was a pleasure to do business with this company that is so dedicated to customer service.
My name is Tamara, and back at the end of the year, my RO filter housing cracked and flooded most of my house. I was able to do the water mitigation through a company partnered with my insurance, but I needed significant restoration work. It took me several months of interviewing contractors before I found Bay Coast Restoration and Clint. They just finished with my house, and I am incredibly happy with the work they did. Clint is excellent to work with. He is very easy to communicate with and get a hold of. Any questions I had were answered quickly. He was able to make this whole process much less stressful than it would have been. I had fairly extensive damage from the water. All the flooring needed to be replaced, my kitchen needed to be redone, my guest bath, and the Florida room. I love how everything turned out. Clint was very communicative during the project about what would be happening when and would update me with pictures as well. He takes pride in his work and treated my little home with care and respect. I am extremely happy with the outcome and the process. The price for the project was excellent. Estimates for the job were all over the place from different companies. Bay Coast's was one of the lower estimates, and I was able to get everything I wanted within the budget that was set, and there were no major changes to the cost during the project. So I was very happy with that aspect as well. I can’t say enough good things about working with this company and Clint. And I would gladly work with him again in the future.
