They charged me more than $2,000 for a repair that did not fix the problem. Afterwards, they claimed that I had approved the work regardless of whether it would solve the issue or not. In the end, I spent more than $5,000 on parts, over $2,000 on the unsuccessful repair, and eventually had to sell the car for less than $1,000. In addition, they initially told me the repair would take about two weeks, but my car remained at the shop for more than three months.

I travel on the road for work and have had my diesel truck blown the up pipe and cp4 issues replaced fuel lines fuel filter housing and glow plugs. This shop is the best shop in Laramie. They have worked on my truck until it runs flawlessly. I have other coworkers that have taken their vehicle to other shops in the area and heard horror stories. I am grateful for their knowledge and expertise and all the work they have done. Don’t waste your time at other places I would always bring my vehicle here if in the Laramie area.

We had some body work done a few years ago. Was affordable and fast. Need more work and noticed I never left a review. Highly recommended!

Had brakes x4, caliper, couple ABS sensors, lightbulbs and wiring work, oil change, etc. all done by Antonio. He was METICULOUS and fast. From start to finish, communication with the whole garage was on point and they took me in a pinch smack in the middle of the Christmas holidays. Im very satisfied and highly recommend. Will be a repeat customer.

This repair shop Asay Customs LLC is probably one of the best repair shops I have found in my town. Over the years I've learned to search for a repair shop, sometimes the actual dealership that sold me the vehicle, and then read the reviews. You must learn to read the reviews and not just trust the positive reviews that are given a dealership for selling a vehicle to a customer that are positive. You have to look at the repair department. Time and time again these repair shops will show a different face once a car is purchased. Kind of like Jekyl and Hide situation. Usually , not always, you will find a lot of low reviews for repairs done by shops and this is discouraging. But these people at Asay Customs have a gold star rating in my book. I found them while checking reviews of other shops and found Assay Customs had ALL positive reviews. I was very pleased to see that. Kyle who arranged for my repairs was very knowledgeable about the issue my vehicle was having with my 2009 F-150 AC blend door malfunction. He was able to talk to me about the nuts and bolts of this repair. Other big box (and some are dealership) shops estimated 2- 3 days to repair. The labor and parts costs were astronomical from other shops. But Asay Customs LLC are not only SUPER fair, but super quick in the time spent on my issue. I know the work that had to be done by researching it online. This team was efficient and returned my vehicle clean and operating perfectly for the issue involved.
