They're going to take care of you, regardless of how small or large the problem is. Even better is that they will give you honesty advice and assessments over the phone and in person, and won't try to run hidden costs around you. When our next projects - or repairs - that are in their realm happen, they will absolutely be the first people that we call.
Worked with Josh on an estimate for some water remediation. Responding in a promp manner, gave an accurate estimate. Overall would highly recommend.
Called to get an estimate on a project and after some pretty normal convo mentioned that the initial inspection was $250, which I asked for clarification on because the website says the initial inspection is free. When I asked about that, he told me "yes it's $250 and I get the sense we won't work well together" and then hung up on me. Taking my business to TCM restoration. (EDIT: I was not rude on the phone. I said, en quote "you charge $250 for a service that your website says is free?") That is where the interaction ended. It was at this point I was hung up on. What an unprofessional way to do business.
Josh and his team were very quick to respond in the middle of the night when a tenant flooded an upstairs bathroom. The price was fair, the quality of work was great. There is room for improvement on communication as to the status and timing of things but it wasn't as bad as other contractors we've used. The only thing that has been "negative" relate to the billing and collection side. They sent us an invoice for payment due net 30, and then called the next day trying to get payment (work hadn't even been completed yet). We explained that 1) we would need to see and inspect the completed work before we pay the invoice, and 2) net 30 means we have 30 days to pay, and we'll pay before the time is up. We've received two other calls since (including today) trying to collect on the payment, and the due date is still 7 days out. We haven't had a chance to look at the work at the property that was finished last week, and again reminded them that we have until 11/2 to make payment per the invoice. If the company wants faster payment on jobs, that's fine, just say so on the invoice. But calling multiple times to collect well before the invoice says payment is due is not what I would consider a good customer service position to take.
They were able to arrive early for the job. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my vents, and left my home immaculate when they were finished. The price was very reasonable as well!! Highly recommend this company!
