Robert came same-day and went straight to work diagnosing a leak in my ceiling. The root cause ended up being related to HVAC, so I was extremely appreciative to get succinct advice about how to address it all while not being sold things I didn’t need. Unfortunately it’s hard to find honest companies on the first try. A year ago we had remediation done in the basement by different companies (multiple) and had a nightmare experience. This brief interaction I had with Apex was great and I’ll be sure to go back to them when in the future.
I’m not generally one to write a review, but I have been very impressed with the work done so far in my home. From the moment Jennifer arrived in my home I knew the folks at Apex would be here to help. That first work day, Robert got busy setting floor protectors and packing the items from my bookshelves. He cleared the spaces as needed for demolition. The damaged drywall and flooring were quickly and methodically removed within the first few days. Robert was very clean in his work. I have appreciated that. The dehumidifiers were placed to help the moist areas dry out and that took a few days. Robert tested the moisture areas frequently. Jennifer has remained in constant contact to keep me informed throughout the process. I’m looking forward to the restoration of my home
This is our second time using Apex for water damage. Robert has serviced us both times. He takes the time to explain the process both times. He works hard while he is here. He had to come out for moisture readings and communicated well each time as whenever he would arrive and if he would have to come back again. A definite asset to the company.

Apex did an amazing job. Robert was our tech. He was professional, friendly and went the extra mile to work with us. He came out, assessed the water damage and got to work immediately to begin the drying out phase. He had to take down walls, take up flooring, toilet, sink and get in the crawl space - he was carful to only remove what needed to be removed. And did a super job on the clean up. He came back several times to check and see how things were going and never rushed the process. He was easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions. I would use Apex again and would request Robert!
