Great work by Jose and Cy. They were right on the spot at our home after we had a toilet leak. Took two days to dry it out and the service was very professional throughout.
Ci and the whole team have been great to work with. Easiest part of the repair process was working with American Water Damage.
Avoid at all costs due to estimates being low and end bill being 2x the cost. After their team walked my basement for an hour they quoted me $5-7K for a full restoration which included removal and storage of furniture. I declined the furniture removal as it wasn't needed. Bill presented was $17K which they claimed was the "insurance rate". They decreased it for a cash payment but overall felt slimy and have left me feeling like they can't be trusted. Their team also damaged several items when moving them around my basement.
We experienced a long ongoing, undetected water leak in our home. Our Plumber immediately called American water damage and they were here within two hours. Though the process is long, everyone in this company has been so helpful , Informative, supportive, have made all repairs. With that said we want my to acknowledge Samantha, Cy, Marcelina, Bobby, Eric, Jesse And all who helped us get through this process to make the repairs and have our house like it was.
I would never use this company again. If you even think about using them, you should get a quote before they enter your house. Once they come inside, they will charge you for everything. They even inserted a charge to clean their own equipment. Also, the first day they were out, they did not secure the tubing coming out of the humidifier. It broke loose and leak all over my floor. Nice people, but in my opinion, they overcharge for everything.
