Responsive and professional but incompetent. Created more damage in my property than what originally occurred. In the photo, you’ll see the solution their technician came up with (put a bucket around the valve) to address a leaking valve that was previously connected to my dishwasher. This bucket was left overnight with extensive water leak coming from the bucket. They owned up to their mistake and made additional repairs; however, the headache and additional damage still occurred and repairs remain ongoing.
Mardy and Thomas provided exceptional service. They efficiently relocated items to another room, demonstrating remarkable organizational skills. Despite the weight of the items, they executed the task with apparent ease and meticulous care. Service was a pack out. They are so strong. Ask for Thomas, if you want the strongest on the team.

Thus far, we have had a positive experience. Onesty just finished pulling up our carpet and drywall. She arrived during the provided window and was very knowledgeable and professional. Any questions I asked she was able to answer. She cleaned up after the demolition and explained next steps. The only complaint I have is similar to what others have stated- the person who came out to assess the damage assured me that once I submitted my insurance claim I would not have to communicate at all with the insurance company. Unfortunately, that’s all I have been doing. I would recommend using this company.
