We recently had a « mishap » in our home that required restoration. I hired American Flood Response to do the work, and I haven’t been disappointed! They came right out and got to work - from clean up to drywall, painting and everything in between. Every single employee was professional, dedicated and knowledgeable and they did excellent work. Shout out to Edgar for running a smooth, tight ship, Brandon for the plumbing, Tony and Flavio for painting, Joel and Luis for cleanup and the rest of the awesome crew (wish I knew all of their names!). I hope never to need them again, but if I do, I’ll definitely call American Flood Response!!
When my girlfriend was home alone, the water shut off valve for the toilet bursted. I called American flood response and Vicente was very not only professional but very knowledgeable. He was able to tell me as I was at work, how to turn off the water supply to the house and therefore I was able to recommunicate that with my girlfriend. He showed up as fast as I did and started helping with the water getting it cleared out. Edgar later came to assist and was very kind and professional. In a time where me and my girlfriend both didn't really know what to do both Vincent and Edgar were very helpful, guiding us along the way and had great communication skills. 5 stars all the way. ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐. No doubt if anything like that happens again they will be our number one call. They made everything so easy and smooth for us. Thanks guys!
Woke up to my house flooded and didn’t know what to do so I called American flood response Vincente and his coworkers showed up right away and got my place dry and removed all the damaged flooring and helped me with this difficult process. Every employee who came to my house was very respectful they went above and beyond to make sure my furniture and personal belongings were protected. Overall great customer service and great work
These guys were awesome! They saved they say and came out today for an unexpected emergency mold inspection and remediation and they did such an excellent job. Vicente Calderon and Edgar Romero were super friendly and professional the whole time. They explained everything clearly and took great care of everything. They were very respectful and took great care treating our home like their own. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend them!
