All Nations came to my rescue. I needed quick small particle cleaning; they came next day. I’m so greatly appreciative and highly recommend this company.
** Follow up** All Nation immediately reviewed the situation and resolved it. They provided confirmation that the work was completed along with the necessary documentation. They also removed the late fee and personally apologized for the experience. I'm optimistic that there were some learnings that came from this experience and others won't go through the same. ____________ Do not work with this company. I was referred to All Nation by a trusted resource to conduct water mitigation services at a rental, but they completely dropped the ball. They are the worst vendor when it comes to communication and follow up. They were difficult to get in touch with to discuss the work, which should have been a red flag. Then I had to follow up with them to confirm they had completed the work. I saw that the fans were removed but after multiple emails and calls asking to better understand their findings and what was completed, I finally got in touch with one of them, Jeremiah. I asked for written documentation of their findings and work completed, a receipt of the work completed if you will. However, 1.5 months post work I have yet to receive anything. I’ve followed up four times via email, text people who were cc’d on the email who I think are finance and scheduling people multiple times, called Jeremiah and left VMs after that call asking for documentation and instead I keep getting late invoice emails, which now has a late fee baked on top. I have never worked with a vendor that operates their business like this. Do not work with this company. How am I to know what you completed? Why would I pay the remaining balance on a service when I don’t know what you did and what you found? A complete waste of my time trying to follow up.
