Derek and his team were truly professional, kind, patient, and neat. Most importantly, they were all good communicators. I reached out to All Dry regarding water damage in my bathroom. I received an immediate call from Derek, the owner. He took all the time I needed to introduce himself and his team and explain the whole process. They arrived next day for an inspection and began work only a couple of days later. Josias, Ang and Benji were on time every day. They were all so friendly and polite. Josias answered all of my questions and explained each step of the process as they went through it. They were very neat and conscious of not dirtying the rest of the house. They cleaned up after each day and walked me through what they were doing at all times. I would definitley recommend.

They came highly recommended, and I can confidently say it was one of the best recommendations I’ve ever received. What All Dry did feels nothing short of transformational - you would never believe it’s the same basement. Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the remediation itself, but they gave me peace of mind. Their work was meticulous, their communication was excellent, and they treated our home like it mattered.
