We called this company for an inspection, but a second opinion from another local professional revealed several major issues that this team completely missed. Thankfully, we found a much more experienced, knowledgeable, and non-pushy expert to handle the job. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Crosby and his team did a great job remediating mold from my ceiling after a bathtub leaked in the upstairs bathroom. They fixed the drywall and it looks brand new.

Crosby and his team were great to work with! We set a date only a couple of days out from them coming to look at what needed to be done, and the entire project was done in a day. Everyone brought in was friendly, efficient and easy to have around. We would reco Crosby + Co to anyone looking for a quick and well done job!

Horrid experience. I would not touch this company with a 10 foot pole. We had a surprise toilet leak and called this restoration company my friend used to use for his property management company (he no longer conducts business with them after this experience). Big mistake. They brought in absolutely disgusting blowers and equipment (check out the photos) and we didn't realize just how bad and dirty they were until a few days later. This leads to serious cross contamination issues, which can cause serious safety and health problems, and is completely unacceptable. We had to leave our house and stay at a hotel due to congestion and flu-like symptoms after the blowers were put in our home. It's evident this company NEVER ONCE cleans their blowers or equipment — equipment that sits in very unsanitary places such as sewer overflow and dirty basements with mold contamination. Our house filter was nearly black. Any reputable restoration company DOES CLEAN their equipment to avoid cross contamination and liability. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT. After 6 days of having their blowers in our home, we fired them. On day one we specifically asked if a dryer needed to be put in the bathroom vent because we saw a ton of water go down there. They said no, it will dry on its own, confirmed by their manager. On day 5 a tech came out, said everything was drying nicely, and left. Later that day I found the basement ceiling pooling with water. He came back, cut open the ceiling, and confirmed it was soaking wet. It was evident this company was either totally incompetent or trying to prolong the process to exceed our insurance deductible. When we hired our previous company, they said the vent was still dripping — exactly what we had flagged to All Dry, which they ignored. They also missed a soaking wet linen closet that could have led to mold issues. My advice: HIRE AN HONEST COMPANY THAT CLEANS their equipment. Check the progress of their work daily. We highly recommend Best Option Restoration — they are honest, clean their equipment, and go to great lengths to prevent cross contamination. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Everything about my experience was amazing. Quick response time, guys were friendly, amazing prices and our mold problem was fixed (and our wall rebuilt) all within a week. Highly highly recommend!
