Gil was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what he found and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Throughout the process, I always felt like he was giving me honest recommendations rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He was extremely responsive, communicated well, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to identify the source of the issues, complete the remediation, and receive clean post-remediation test results. If you’re looking for someone who is experienced, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I would highly recommend Gil.
