After finding a patch of potential mold in my basement, I reached out to Advanced Mold and they have been fantastic. Storm came out to quote the job within a few days of calling and very thoroughly inspected not only my area of interest, but also the entire basement, including the ceiling. The suspect area was identified as a specific species of mold, and Storm walked me through a detailed explanation of the scope of the work and the process of running special filters and the products they use to treat the studs and floor after the affected drywall is removed. He took measurements which he included in a video of the space, which really streamlined things on removal day. Tyler and Derek arrived promptly after we rescheduled them at an earlier date due to the heatwave (much easier on them to work in a basement than an attic on a 97 degree day). They were efficient and kept a clean workspace and were very communicative of their timeline and progress. Several days later Vance can through to do a swab test to verify that the mold is totally gone. Definitely the company to go with.

Vance is well organized in his collection of information and then communicates clearly regarding what next steps are being recommended. The pricing is also competitive and quotes are fair. Remediation is managed with the utmost care from set up to clean up, including any necessary demo. The office staff is also kind, responsive, and accommodating. Overall, this company offers strong customer service in addition to effective identification and remediation of mold!
