Peter and his team were extremely professional. The work was all performed quickly and above our expectations. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration needs - and for cosmetic home improvement projects. We were really impressed with all the work- and Peter was in contact the whole time to be sure all aspects were properly completed. Great company!!

On May 7, A bathroom faucet burst causing damage to the main floors and walls. Once the plumbing was fixed, on May8, Adv 24/7 Restoration was able to assess the situation and mobilize with heating mats, blowers and dehumidifiers. They monitored drying on the walls and floors and properly moved equipment to sufficiently dry all areas with moisture. After a few weeks Adv 24/7 brought in a crew to provide plastic screen to contain sawdust while the flooring sub was sanding floors. Staining, poly and cure took 6 days. We are very happy with the floors and the work provided by Adv 24/7. State Farm is my insurance Company. They were very hard to deal with. Peter Flores helped by directly working with the adjuster to provide justification for pricing. Although SF delayed progress and never really did deal in good faith, it all worked out fine. All done and settled today, June 21, 2026.

He was always available to answer our questions and kept us updated throughout the entire project. His crew was professional, respectful of our home, and worked efficiently while making sure everything was documented properly. What really stood out compared to other restoration companies was that they never made us feel like just another job. They genuinely cared about doing the work the right way instead of rushing through it. Their communication, honesty, and attention to detail gave us confidence that our home was in good hands. I hope I never have another water damage emergency, but if I do, Advanced 24/7 Restoration will be my first call. I had an excellent experience with Luis and his crew. I had water damage from a leak in my finished basement and after looking up a few restoration companies, Luis’ team was first to come by. From the start, he was very transparent on what needed to happen and how to handle it (restoration process, working with insurance, timeline, etc). The whole process took months due to the severity of the damage but Luis’ team was extremely thorough. Overall, I really appreciated the thoroughness to ensure *all* parts of the basement were completely dry and that we all worked together to handle insurance without out-of-pocket costs to me.
