Cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from Jonathan Roth, Project Mgr., who came to our home and set up the mitigation process to make sure our hardwood floor was completely dry from a recent water leak...Jonathan was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the condition of our floor and provided his expert recommendation for next step process....We are very pleased with his recommendation which means we won't need to go through the process of replacing our floor at this time......I would definitely recommend Accuworks to anyone looking for expert restoration services resulting from water damage in the home... AccuWorks helped us through a stressful and lengthy water damage issue in our home. They worked with us and insurance to ensure no detail was missed. Our first interactions were with Ken, who handled the mitigation step. KEN IS THE WORLD’S BEST HUMAN. We loved working with him, he was so kind and helpful and incredibly responsive. We had a second water damage issue a few months in and we asked for him again because he was so great. We could not possibly recommend Ken enough!!! Additionally, we had a great team of folks including Joe, Rich, David and Jonathan who helped throughout the reconstruction process. Everyone we interacted with at AccuWorks treated us with respect and kindness and did really quality work. We were incredibly comfortable working with all of them, and they were respectful of our schedules and worked with us to make everything as easy as possible, considering the circumstances. We would absolutely use AccuWorks again (though after two water damage issues in one year, we hope will not need to for a long time) and would recommend them to anyone needing their services!!

I am very happy with the work th at Accuworks dot at my estate after my bidet burst and flooded my 2 nd and 1st floor . I was especially pleased with the speed with which Ben responded , he came out to my estate the day of the event to start remidiation efforts . I think his quick response is responsible for saving my solid wood flooring . I like Ben’s energy and pleasant disposition , his words calmed me down after the event and his prompt and effective handling of matters helps me calm down after the trauma of seeing my ceilings come down on mom furniture on 2 floors . We’ve had a wonderful experience with AccuWorks and highly recommend them for water damage and mold removal. The team is very professional, speedy getting back to you, and tidy in what is a messy business! They’ve made every step of the process as painless as possible and are thorough in explaining what they’re doing and on what timeline. Even our dogs love them!

Very impressed with the level of professionalism from every person I came in contact with. The repairs were made quickly and they did outstanding work. The room in my house with the damaged drywall was cleaned thoroughly after the repairs were completed. I found the price for the repair very reasonable. I can recommend Accuworks without any resorvation.
