A-1 Restoration

After having a water leak that had caused damage to a few of my rooms, I chose A-1 Restoration. After meeting Jeff the owner I knew I picked the right company to do the job. This leak came and a very bad time in my life, I was going through health issues and also have a senior dog going through health issues and with him not able to go or be carried upstairs, we had to have the work be done around us. A-1’s crew were sensitive to my special needs. They were very professional, kind and considerate. This team truly made this miserable experience very bearable. The painters Tom and Adrian were personable and professional and took a lot of pride in their work. Dean the man of many trades, did a fantastic job on my flooring, very professional and kind man excellent at everything he touches.Mark also a man of many trades took extra steps and time to make everything easier on me. Troy the project manger, great with communication, always calls you back, listens to your needs and gets it done, very professional and understanding. I highly recommend A-1 Restoration, they show up when scheduled, professionals that take pride in their work and are caring and understanding to their customers. They made my house beautiful again! I truly appreciate this outstanding team!

A1 did an amazing job restoring our main floor after a water leak. They removed a significant amount of subflooring and tile and replaced it with the new flooring we chose throughout the entire space- including many closet spaces and underneath all of our appliances. The quality of the work was excellent, and the finished result looks beautiful. Communication throughout the project was great. A1 was easy to reach and kept us updated every step of the way. Jeff responded back quickly when we asked him to come out for a quote and he was very on top of keeping up with changes to the estimate. Jeff made the process of working with our insurance company simple and stress-free. Everyone we worked with, including Troy and Dean, were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Tom also did a beautiful job with the paint work, including the trim and kitchen walls. His attention to detail really helped bring everything together and completed the look of our newly renovated space. We truly appreciate the hard work and care everyone at A1 put into our project and would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality work done. I should have taken day time photos….but here we are :)

My experience with A1 Restoration was mixed ,but I appreciate the work that was put into addressing a difficult situation. I initially had a leak coming from my attic and later learned there was not enough ventilation, which resulted in mold.Unfortunately ,my insurance didn't cover this,so I paid out of pocket to have the mold removed,my attic redone,and new insulation installed.The job was expected to take about 4 days but ended up taking 8 days due to the products needing adjustment for my attic and some scheduling challenges with third-party contractors. Plus I had to take an extra day off from work due the scheduling of the third-party contractors.There was also limited notice when contractors were running late ,which made the process stressful. Overall ,while the project took longer then expected ,I apperciate the effort and hope future customers have a smooth experience.

Had a water loss and Jeff and his crew got right to work to get everything cleaned up and repaired quickly. Very professional and super friendly!! Highly recommended. Thanks A1 Restoration
