This company is top notch. Every employee from the project manager (Arealius) to all the crew members were professional, hardworking, respectable and kind. Their knowledge and expertise were superior. They helped us through an extremely difficult time with water entering our finished basement. While the process takes time, every step from removing carpet, tile, sheetrock, baseboard as well as days of drying out, checking on equipment and testing for moisture went smoothly. They are also experienced working with insurance companies and contractors which just adds to relieving stress on the homeowner. Highly recommend this company.

Richard Brown was our project manager and the moment my husband and I met him - right off the bat he was SO friendly, professional, and helpful answering every question with grace and patience. I might've asked the same question again and again and he always answered with patience. He kept saying over and over again "don't worry about it we will take care of you guys." We felt so at peace during such an uncertain time of our home being flooded and having to be displaced from our home for almost half a year. Richard ALWAYS answered every phone call, text and email promptly even though I'm sure he was loaded with lots of other clients. His team of guys worked tirelessly in extremely hot temperatures and were always so kind and professional. They never got annoyed with my kids that were very curious to watch them every step of the way. Richard thank you from our family to you for everything we appreciate your help a ton!!

Chris and Melvin have been awesome to work with. Patrick Frank did a great job starting out the dry out process. Scott has been amazing. Shlomit is a delightful person and so wonderful to work with my husband calls her the little angel.

He even spoke directly with my insurance agent, which made the entire process much easier for me. Richard’s team, including George and Melvin, were equally outstanding. They turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable experience, and I walked away with total confidence in their work. We can't thank the entire crew and staff for their concern and service. The job definitely started with finding out why our floor was warping and where the water was coming from. The reassurance that they would take care of contacting contractors to handle the plumbing that needed to be dealt with, the flooring and cabinetry that needed to be replaced was such a relief for us. First though they had a lot of work to deal with under our house before they could even start inside - hot water breaks cause so much immediate damage. These guys worked so hard and continuously getting all the insulation under one side of our house removed so they could expose the pipes and find what needed to be done before the plumber got here. The multiple days of drying, and finding they needed more fans were needed to get this dried out. They always had such a great and caring attitude, took great care in keeping our house as closed off from the mold exposure as possible. Since we have a number of pets we didn't want them to be boarded so we chose to stay here while they worked. They never once let on this was more inconvenient for them than not. They understood the stress both animals and humans were having here. Not that I ever want to go through this again, but if I had to we would call 911 first. You folks are awesome from day 1 to the finish.
