Absolutely the best! Andy, and his crew are exactly who you hope will show up at your house within 30 minutes of a major flood. They are knowledgeable, experienced, remarkably calm, friendly, and trustworthy, and they go above and beyond to make an unfortunate situation as easy as possible. They’ve also been in contact with the insurance company throughout the process, which has been extremely helpful in a situation like this.

I don't think I've met a nicer guy. Andy was so kind in a time of distress. He is calm, knowledgeable, and efficient. He and his crew took control of everything and gave the best advice when it comes to insurance. What started as a disaster, ended up being a wonderful experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

We had a pipe that clogged that created quite the water problem as the water from the clogged pipe went behind the wall instead of where we could visually see the water. Our neighbor, who just went through their own water pipe breakage, told us to call Andy. The best advice we have ever listened to! Andy worked with our insurance company, coordinated the contractors for both the demolition and reconstruction. He literally took the stress away! We were a little over 3 weeks out from closing when one of my clients' had their entire first floor flood from a toilet that overflowed. Built Restoration was on site within 2 hours of the initial call with the manpower and equipment to start the restoration process. They had to remove wet hardwood floors, carpet and pad, toilets, and cabinets. My client was heart broken to say the least. The next day when we called the buyer and explained what had happened they wanted to see for themselves. When the buyer came out to see the property damage Andy with Built Restoration was on site and explained exactly how the process would work and also had a detailed copy of the estimate for them. Not only did they dry the house out and make all the repairs they saved the day for both the buyer and seller. I'd like to say that the closing still happened on schedule but it didn't-we ended up closing about two+ weeks after the initial date. I can say though that I don't think it could've happened any more efficiently or better than it did-even the adjuster from the insurance company commented that he never would've thought that the house could've been put back together as quickly as it did (and he said he see's a lot of damage).
