Atticus with 24/7 came out to my home for some mold remediation. As a fellow restorer, he was exceptional and his attention to detail is hard to find in this industry. He did all work clean and properly, in accordance with IICRC S520 standard. Really appreciate his compassion and knowledge.

I had the experience of working with Steve. It was an EXTREMELY STRESSFUL situation handled with professionalism, respect, and courteousness. He came prepared to answer questions and instruct on the restoration process needing to take place in the master bedroom, bath, and closet and other areas designated for repair. For me it was total uncharted territory, I felt frightened, rushed and in a pickle of a predicament. Steve's calm demeanor and patience with me, an aging woman with tons of questions and uncertainty was unmatched. Steve was very reassuring and top tier in representing his craft and his company. I had a sewage leak that caused my entire condo to flood. Almost all of my flooring, and a good portion of my drywall and baseboards, had to be removed. I took care of the floors myself, but Metro came and did the rest. Things were going great, until I realized they forgot to drain a toilet when they removed it, because it had leaked and was seeping into my days-old flooring. I called and Stephen was here with his equipment going to work in about 20 minutes. He removed the flooring and baseboards (taking great care not to damage anything), set me up with drying equipment, then replaced everything exactly as it was over the course of a few days. Stephen went several steps above and beyond to make sure I was happy with all the work, talking me through everything and answering all my questions. While I wish he didn’t have to come out in the first place, I’m glad Metro has people like him working for them. Dude clearly cares about his customers, and takes pride in his work. Not only did he single-handedly save this 5-star rating, but he’s earned my business for as long as I’m around.

Posting this for my grandfather who loved working with the 24/7 team: I would like to share the very positive experience I had with 24/7 Metro Restoration. I am a senior citizen and have worked with several contractors over the years. However, my recent experience with this company was the best working experience I have ever had with a contractor. I recently had significant water damage at one of my residences. I immediately contacted a real estate professional I know, who recommended 24/7 Metro Restoration. They responded quickly and immediately got to work clearing the affected area, setting up drying equipment, and closely monitoring the situation. Over the next few days, they made several trips to ensure the areas were drying properly and to verify that there was no mold present. Once I was confident the problem had been resolved, I was so impressed with their expertise, work ethic, and communication that I asked them to complete all of the repairs and repaint the affected areas. We had a water tank (in the attic) leak through the ceiling onto both stories. It was a long process between clean up and repairs (and insurance processes) and the team at 247 MetroRestoration was with us through it all - Great communication, honesty, reliability and service from start to finish.
