I was lucky enough to get 24/7 through Mr. Rooter last week to help with a tricky chase. The tech Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helped us track the leak and resolve the issue in as little as 90 minutes. Big shout out to 24/7 and Mr. Rooter for scheduling them to come out on my behalf.

Jonathan did an amazing job! He made sure to give a thorough run down of the issues and cleared up any confusion. Even with the problems we're having, he made sure to care about the cleanliness of the area! His compassion shows through his work. I would 100% recommend their services.

24/7 have been amazing to work with over the past 6 months. We’ve been dealing with a horrible situation where our upstairs neighbor replaced their shower & water started coming through our bathroom ceiling. The neighbor refused to take responsibility so I had to spend 6 months dealing with them & insurance companies including having to threaten to take legal action since this was clearly not something caused by anyone in my unit. After 6 months, our building insurance finally agreed to cover the work. Jason & Johnathan at 24/7 have been so helpful throughout. We were referred to them right when it happened and they came out within hours. They gave us a reasonable quote & offered to work directly with insurance. They also spoke with our neighbors to explain the situation & what is happening. They wrote a report to submit to the building insurance (& potentially court if we had to go that route) which was so helpful. They also talked to my homeowner’s insurance to advocate on my behalf. They checked in regularly while I waited on insurance to investigate & finally pay out the claim since I didn’t want to compromise anything in case this ended up in small claims court. We finally had Johnathan back this week to complete the work & all went smoothly! It was a quick process since things were mostly dry after having to wait for almost 6 months & the price came in under the original quote, which was a wonderful surprise after what felt like an endless nightmare. Obviously, I hope to never need their services again, but I would not hesitate to call them in the case that I do!

Our toilet leaked and we had water damage on the parquet floor and mold. Their remediation team was excellent! They were very responsive and on top of the situation. They discovered asbestos on some old tile that was underneath the parquet and were able to safely remediate it. We decided to just remodel our bathroom after remediation, but that was where our positive experience ended. The restoration team was much less organized. The supplier sent the wrong tile color, but the team was able to correct it after we had noticed it from an email with the office. The project manager Ben always called late and seemed to not communicate well with the office. Some of the workers didn't communicate well with me about key decisions or issues, i.e. our tile niche couldn't be placed in the spot I wanted so they just chose one for me, tilers showed up unannounced to remove tile spacers without informing me or the project manager. The tiler also messed up the pattern on our floor tile which we didn't catch until later and the project manager didn't notice despite me sending a picture of it. Also, they didn't leave enough room for our toilet despite me getting the project manager on the phone with our plumber that he needed 0.25 inches around the line resulting in the plumber having to make some cuts to our floor tile to fit the toilet on. For the final job we were happy with the result but it lacked attention to detail, e.g. holes in the drywall from the old light fixture, the screws weren't saved for the old shower curtain rod so we had to buy a new one, we needed to install a new doorstop. Note that they were very responsive and open to feedback. We appreciated that they were able to rectify the wrong tile order and redo the floor tile at no extra charge to us. All in all, we'd use them again for any remediation, but I'd skip the restoration part and go with someone else. Update: I have talked with the owner and they are very open to feedback and improving their process with restoration. I really appreciate him taking the time to reach out and understand the situation.
